We offer the following services, each of them separately or as a part of the product’s development and manufacturing process:

Unfortunately, not every cool idea can be brought to a final product. Sometimes development and production costs may render the idea not economically viable and sometimes it’s just the laws of physics. That’s why it’s so important to perform a feasibility study before entering the full-scale design work.
Turn your idea into flesh and blood! From a napkin sketch to a detailed 3d computer model, this is an exciting process of creation! Our big advantage comes to life when we manufacture what we design, keeping in mind our equipment capabilities and limitations.
Although we don’t need a 2d drawing to machine a part from a 3d model, we can create detailed and professional drawings for your documentation or other machine shops.
Milling is the machining process of using rotary cutters to remove material from a workpiece by advancing the cutter into the workpiece at a certain direction. Our milling machine has 4 axes, i.e. it can move the cutter in all directions in the space and also rotate the workpiece. Our machine is suitable for cutting virtually any material, from plastic to aluminum and steel. CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control, which, in simple words, means that the milling machine is controlled by a computer.
Turning is a machining operation used principally for shaping pieces of metal, wood, or other materials by causing the workpiece to be held and rotated by the lathe while a tool bit is advanced into the work causing the cutting action.
If your product consists of more than one part, we can carefully assemble it for you.
Usually, a band saw is an auxiliary tool in the workshop. However, we’ll still be happy to offer sawing services. Because sometimes simple sawing is all a client needs.
Currently, welding is a new capability in our workshop and we are learning our brand new equipment. Please contact us for any inquiries regarding this service.
We use a special digitally controlled electric kiln to perform in-house heat treatment of small sized parts.
Vibratory finishing is a type of mass finishing manufacturing process used to deburr, radius, descale, burnish, clean, and brighten a large number of relatively small workpieces. In this batch-type operation, specially shaped pellets of media and the workpieces are placed into the tub of a vibratory tumbler. The tub of the vibratory tumbler and all of its contents are then vibrated. The vibratory action causes the media to rub against the workpieces which yield the desired result.
Abrasive blasting, more commonly known as sandblasting, is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.
Cerakote is a Polymer-Ceramic coating that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers, and wood. The unique formulation used for Cerakote ceramic coating enhances a number of physical performance properties including abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness.
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
